5:30 PM – Gentle Evening Yoga: A soothing, gentle yoga session to stretch after travel and begin the process of letting go.

Absolutely ! This retreat is designed to be inclusive and supportive for all levels , including complete beginners. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice. You will be guided with care and attention throughout the journey . Everyone is welcome just as they are.

No need to carry anything extra – yoga mats and props will be provided for you. Of course if you prefer to use your own mat, we recommend to bring it along.

Yes we highluy recommend that all participants have travel insurance for medical emergencies and trip interruptions.

Absolutely , Yoga can be deeply supportive for those living with chronic conditions. We always encourage you to listen to your body and go at your own pace. And we provide different styles of yoga as well as yoga Therapy. Please let us know about your health condition so we we can guide you safely  and offer modifications when needed.

Our retreat is nestle in the serene village of Faralya , near Fethiye – Perdue and Nautical Hotel – a secluded sanctuary designed for tranquility and luxury. Offering a harmonious blend of natüre and comfort , providing an ideal setting for our transformative retreat experience

Our general policy is that deposits are non refundable. The remaining balance is refundable if fully paid in advance up to 2 weeks before the retreat.
