For over 20 years, yoga has been both a personal journey and a gift I’ve had the privilege to share with others. What began as a quest for inner peace grew into a lifelong commitment to guiding others towards balance, self-awareness, and healing. Through countless hours of practice, study, and connection with inspiring teachers and students from around the world, I’ve come to understand that yoga is not just about the poses—it’s about cultivating mindfulness, presence, and a deeper connection to ourselves.
I’ve had the honor of teaching in sacred spaces—from the serene beaches of Bali to the spiritual heart of India, and the calming landscapes of Turkey. What excites me most isn’t the destination, but the beautiful, transformative journeys that unfold for each person who joins me along the way. The real magic happens in the shared experience of growth, connection, and transformation.
