Absolutely ! This retreat is designed to be inclusive and supportive for all levels , including complete beginners. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice. You will be guided with care and attention throughout the journey . Everyone is welcome just as they are.

No need to carry anything extra – yoga mats and props will be provided for you. Of course if you prefer to use your own mat, we recommend to bring it along.

Yes we highluy recommend that all participants have travel insurance for medical emergencies and trip interruptions.

Absolutely , Yoga can be deeply supportive for those living with chronic conditions. We always encourage you to listen to your body and go at your own pace. And we provide different styles of yoga as well as yoga Therapy. Please let us know about your health condition so we we can guide you safely  and offer modifications when needed.

Absolutely ! Many of our guests join solo . Our retreats create warm , welcoming space where deep connections naturally form.

We have 2 locations , one in Goa Arambol and the other location is Dharamshala. If there are any changes to the location based on dates or availability, we will inform you well in advance and ensure everything is clearly communicated.

You can book directly through the website. %50 of the total retreat price is required as a non refundable deposit to confirm your spot . After booking through website we sill send you the Iban details . You can also contact us for other payment options.

Our general policy is that deposits are non refundable. The remaining balance is refundable if fully paid in advance up to 2 weeks before the retreat.
